After visiting the Guide Dogs Streets Ahead exhibition in Parliament Chris Chope has written to the Government calling for the law against highway obstruction to be properly enforced. Chris said “if the police are unwilling to do this, we should enable Local Highway Authorities to impose civil penalties.
